Frequently Asked Question
The HUB food park is open from sunrise to 10pm. Our trucks are open during the weekday lunch from 11am- 2pm and during our various events.
Check our calendar for up to date truck and event information. We are located at 512 N. Riverfront Dr. Mankato, Mn. 56001. Parking is always free and located right at the park.
The HUB food park is a FREE outdoor event space for our community to use. The park is open from sunrise to 10 pm. Events are reviewed on a case by case basis. We welcome artists, musicians, outdoor games, birthday parties, job fairs and any kind of fun, creative, family friendly, inclusive community event. Event insurance is required for your event and can easily be added to your policy for a day. To submit your event please register by clicking our Book Your Event icon on the top right corner of our web page.
If it's your first time at the HUB, start by clicking the Book A Truck icon located on the top right corner of our webpage. Here you will register your truck and create your vendor profile login information. If you have already created a profile and wish to book your truck just simply login to your account and book your dates. It's a $50 fee to sell at the HUB food park and up to date insurance is required.
Weather is always a factor when you're an outdoor park in Minnesota. We have some food truck owners that like to stick out the rain and others who would rather reschedule. Check our calendar and Facebook book page for up to date announcements on the weather, our trucks and events.
